Position:IT Communications and Engagement Advisor
Location: One Guildhall Square
Salary: £34,980 to £42,978 per annum
Duration: Full Time Fixed Term for 24 months
- Leading the creation and delivery of internal communications content, collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs, offering advice on suitable channels, and developing innovative ways to convey messages.
- Supporting the establishment of the iSolutions identity and crafting a communications toolkit for use at various events.
- Contributing to Customer Experience activities within the university.
- Collaborating with Project Managers and Business Change Managers to ensure consistent and on-brand communications.
- Participating in broader reputation management initiatives within the department.
Qualifications:
- Experience in internal communications within a sizable organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating engaging communication pieces for diverse audiences.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on creativity and precision.
- Excellent writing abilities to articulate complex issues clearly and persuasively.
- Effective stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to organize, plan, and execute communication and engagement activities in line with project timelines.
- Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills, showcasing persuasiveness, influence, and collaboration across various levels.
