POSITION GOALS
This position is part of the Work Dynamics EMEA HR team, and will focus on:
The effective transition management and integration of new employees into JLL and its Service Partners throughout EMEA, from various clients and clients' incumbent suppliers
Providing support to EMEA HR Transitions Lead with business development activities


The EMEA HR Transition Project Adviser will ensure the flawless execution of human resource practices in support of our key stakeholders and clients.

The EMEA HR Transition Adviser will possess strong project management, collaboration, facilitation, organization and planning skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Transition Management


To provide end to end comprehensive transition management services to the Work Dynamics business, covering all aspects of the HR delivery to ensure smooth transitions and account transformations to Work Dynamics.


To drive the implementation to set target dates for the HR workstream providing regular project updates to the clients and the Transition Management teams.


Key Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
Successfully project manage all HR issues in the transition of business into Work Dynamics throughout EMEA within the given timescales and budget, ensuring that all in-scope employees are transferred to JLL and its Service Partners, according to European and local laws (e.g. TUPE, Acquired Rights Directive, etc.)
Work in close partnership with the Work Dynamics in-country HR Advisory teams, and provide them the guidance and direction they will need to execute the transition at country level
Engage with the Work Dynamics In-Country HR Operations teams to establish requirements and relevant process to enable successful onboarding of transitioning employees

Where appropriate, engage with the appropriate bodies and employees in conjunction with the in-country HR teams and clients, ensuring that all legal obligations are met i.e.

Workers Councils, Company Review Boards etc.
Provide reporting on a regional and global level regarding transitions pending, in flight, and closed out along with data on each transition for project reporting
Update the control plans for each country to ensure it is in-line with agreed tasks and their target completions
Plan and coordinate the communication strategy and support the in-country HR teams with the delivery of the Employee Presentations (Roadshows) - as required
Participate in regular regional and global transition meetings internally and with the clients to discuss progress, issues and risks

Project Manager recruitment engaging with the TA Team for the new accounts across EMEA during the transition period (Job descriptions, recruitment approvals, contact with recruitment agencies, etc.).

Business Development

To provide support to business development activities.

This will include but not limited to:
RFI and RFP answers
Employee liability calculations and solutions development


The EMEA HR Transition Manager will undertake such other duties or projects as may be reasonably required and will uphold and actively promote our values and behaviors.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS

KEY COMPETENCIES
3 years + experience in a client focused HR generalist role
HR Qualification (CIPD or equivalent).
Able to demonstrate Project Management experience
Good employment law knowledge and to demonstrate ability to learn TUPE and ARD
A good understanding of EMEA legislation and HR best practice.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to effectively deliver presentations to large audiences
Able to demonstrate commercial acumen acting as HR business partner
Ability to multi-task and deliver on time and to plan
Sound relationship building skills at all levels
Ability to co-ordinate, motivate and manage others in multi-site set-up
Sound judgement and problem-solving skills, with strong analytical abilities
Ability to think strategically and creatively
Ability to work within a matrix/cross functional environment
Fluency in English
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products
