A glimpse of the role:


As the UK Head of CISO, you will lead and contribute to projects and initiatives, guaranteeing timely delivery, quality results, overseeing UK Subsidiary organizations, and roadmap delivery. Managing the Business Partnering teams by establishing consistent, top-notch processes and practices throughout all team areas is essential for this role. Additionally, reporting on the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of UK CISO processes and controls, identifying any risks or issues, and implementing suitable corrective plans while acting as the UK CISO delegate.


Skills and experience we seek:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising teams and projects, achieving successful outcomes through teamwork, collaboration, and influence
  • Solid knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, principles, and practices, including relevant standards and frameworks
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders, and communicate effectively with both security and non-security audiences
  • Strong customer focus, understanding, and empathy towards user needs and expectations
  • High-level analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with great attention to detail
