About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of UK CISO to join our team at Aviva plc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for sponsoring and inputting to projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the Business Partnering teams by establishing consistent, high-quality processes and practices across all areas of the team.
  2. Report on the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of UK CISO processes and controls, identifying any issues or risks and implementing appropriate remediation plans.
  3. Deputise for the UK CISO as required.

Requirements:

  1. A proven track record of leading and managing teams and projects, delivering successful results through teamwork, collaboration, and influence.
  2. A strong knowledge of Cyber security concepts, principles, and practices, as well as relevant standards and frameworks.

  • National salary: £125,000, London salary: £150,000 (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
