Helpdesk Admin REQUIRED

I am delighted to be working with a construction/facilities company based in Belfast to recruit their new Helpdesk Admin on a permanent basis

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Receiving and logging reactive calls from clients
  • Assistant in the arranging internal labour to attend calls and projects
  • Updating and tracking of works progress and status
  • Assistance in Billing administration including timesheets, subcontractor labour and invoicing

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience within a similar role/environment
  • Extremely good communication skills and dedication
  • Access NI Clearance
- self-motivated, with strong team working attributes, have the ability to analyse a problem and develop a solution and manage the works to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently, a dynamic professional approach high self-conduct standards will be expected at all times.
