  • 35 hours p/week (Flexible working)**
    The role will predominantly involve:
  • Supporting clients in their own homes and out in the community who have complex needs and who are at risk of homelessness
  • Managing a caseload of 12 clients
  • Key working with clients, supporting them to maintain independent living and maintain their tenancy
  • Supporting with repairs in their property
  • Supporting with budgeting, bills and life skills
  • Following support plans with clients and ensuring they attend appointments
