Project Support Officer

This a brand new post working as part of the Economic Development & Regeneration team, to be the first of contact for businesses and external partners when enquiring about the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) programmes.

You will provide effective coordination and administrative support to all the UKSPF programmes being delivered in West Lancashire including minute taking, data entry, drafting of documentation, distribution of information, and co-ordination of meetings and agendas, as well as assisting with publicity and promotional activities.

The post is funded until 30 June 2025.

About you


You will need to have relevant administrative experience combined with excellent ICT skills which will ideally include updating websites, production of promotional materials and sharing information via social media channels.

You will be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and have an excellent eye for detail. As a skilled communicator you will be able to effectively build relationships with internal and external contacts.
