A Typical Day:

As a Support & Ops Specialist, you'll be managing the exchange of information between Amazon Freight and external customers, preemptively addressing any potential issues affecting customer experience and delivery performance. You'll provide timely solutions to various challenges by utilizing internal tools, making real-time decisions, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

- Coalville, LEC, GBR

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Proficiency in both written and spoken English (B2 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)
  • Experience in communicating with diverse stakeholders, including peers and leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) within a professional setting
  • Data analysis experience and report creation for leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- While not mandatory, these qualifications are valued at Amazon:
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like kaizen, gemba, process mapping, and Aces certification
  • Experience in logistics
  • Proficiency in verbal and written German
