We are looking for a
Receptionist to join our team at
Dundonald Links in
Irvine, Ayrshire. _Hourly rate of £11.44_

This is a
seasonal position to work
variable hours. This will be variable hours across variable days which will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

  • Typical shift times would be any of the following:_
  • 7:00am 12:00pm, 12:00pm 5:00pm, 2:00pm 7:00pm or 4:00pm 9:00pm._

About The Role

Main responsibilities:

The successful Receptionist will

  • Meet and greet resort guests.
  • Assist guests with any queries they may have and assistance whilst onsite.
  • Advise on the local area.
  • Be computer literate (full training will be given).
  • Issue accommodation keys and information.
  • Advise guests on events within the resort.
  • Handle telephone calls.
  • Deal with customer complaints.
  • Accurate cash handling.

Requirements:

Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the retreat.
