Booth Welsh has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our team. This role will be full time, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm.

You will be required to support the main reception function but will also have additional responsibilities to support the wider business with administration duties.

**Some of your daily tasks will include**:

- Provide support service for employees
- Manage switchboard and reception
- Greet clients, visitors and employees arriving at reception and ensuring that they are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that all calls coming into the switchboard are answered promptly, are introduced and passed to the correct employee for assistance
- Manage client areas and meeting rooms
- Organise catering and room setups for client and employee events
- Sort, prepare, and deliver packages as well as other correspondence.
- Assist with our in-house Café Zero coffee shop
