Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Assist and support the Spa and Leisure manager at all times
- Ensure all guests receive a SimpsInns experience from the moment they arrive at Si Spa
- Assist with bookings and cancellations as per the company standard procedures
- Ensure excellent product knowledge and be ready to advise customers with any queries
- Communicate all feedback from customers back to the reception manager
- Understanding of computerised booking system and general procedures
- Attend training courses, both in-house and externally, as required
- Always adhere to company policies and procedures
- Be involved and contribute at team meetings
- Carry out instructions by senior team members
- Assist other departments when necessary
- Maintain excellent communication between departments and ensure all messages are handled in a professional manner
- Administration duties as required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Experience**:
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
