Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Head of Planned Major Projects on a permanent basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.


A bit about the role:


As a Head of Planned Major Projects, you will provide operational management for the Major Projects & Latent Defects Team within Peabody Group, responsible for delivering major capital projects, Investment programmes and remediating Latent defects to our homes.

Some of the key results for the role include:

  • Effectively and proactively leading, managing and motivating your team ensuring that there is a culture of high performance, strong engagement and a commitment to continual improvement.
  • Establishing and implementing effective working arrangements & practices to ensure a consistent level of service delivery in line with the Peabody business plan.
  • Monitoring and reviewing the internal and external environment to ensure compliance and best practice are adhered to.
  • Ensuring the provision of excellent customer service and experience to all stakeholders in order to maximise customer satisfaction
  • Leading and promoting a positive health and safety culture in accordance with Peabody policies, procedures and industry legislation including CDM
This role will require a Basic DBS check, a UK driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
