  • Location: Frimley, opportunity for hybrid work
  • Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30AM - 5PM, Fridays until 4PM

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with parts and technical queries
  • Setting up new customer accounts
  • Handling post-delivery customer inquiries
  • Coordinating engineer visits
  • Managing maintenance contract renewals and visits
  • Handling invoicing tasks
  • Completing ad hoc administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong team player with independent work capabilities
