This is a full time and permanent position, predominantly Monday - Friday position with no evenings - a great work/life balance We are offering an hourly rate of £10.42.

The Location is at RMA Sandhurst Camberely GU15 4PQ. There is free parking on site with My Staff shop discounts.

A day in the life of a Accommodation Administrator:

  • All administration tasks relating to accommodation from bookings processing and management to check in and out process, documenting damage, wear and tear and maintenance, generalised health and safety documentation, billing
  • Overall ownership and accountability of operational delivery of accommodation services
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld both of from Aramark and the client perspective on a daytoday basis
  • Coordinate bookings to ensure 'no failure to deliver' on accommodation services including short and long stay, courses and transit end users
  • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly work tasks are completed correctly and on time including health & safety, assurance checks and accurate data report.
  • Provide any feedback received to the Administration Services manager including verbal, written and electronic versions
  • Maximize and maintain the accommodation booking tool including embrace continuous improvements of the system and wider use by other messes on site
  • Adhere to any data protection and MOD / system security protocols in place
  • Champion excellent customer service and ensure effective use of all customer communication resources provided to effectively deliver the service
  • Ensure all Mess management teams are kept up to date on bookings and any amendments made to original bookings
  • Keep up to date with any policies and guidelines relating to the accommodation service stream
  • Regular liaison with senior department leads of the military leadership team and work closely with counterparts in the military departments including accounts and administration teams
  • Attend weekly meetings with the client to discuss up and coming visitors and events taking place at site
Finance

  • Maintain a zero level of impact for financial KPI failures of the delivery of service
  • Liaise with Mess Accounts on the recovery of room charges as applicable from end users in a timely manner
  • Support the Administration Services manager in any future plans to monitor financial effectiveness of the service provided
Team Management

  • Communicate effectively with all levels of both military and Aramark teams on scheduling and performance of the accommodation service delivery
  • Champion a learning culture within the team to support succession planning
  • Lead meetings and daily briefings as required with peer group
  • Maximize effective team performance by embracing one team support
Health, Safety & Training

  • Report all accidents of any level or type as soon as they arise to the safety helpline and your line manager plus complete any reports fully and accurately that are associated with this.
  • Attend department H&S meetings as required
  • Ensure training is completed and up to date as per company policy.
  • Ensure that any equipment issues that may result in causing risk to employee or client and customers are reported as they arise
Client/Account Management

  • Prepare reports as required for client & Aramark reviews
  • Facilitate and support new business
  • Attend appropriate negotiation meetings with client to achieve service delivery expectations
  • Identify and unlock any opportunity for growth including wider opportunities

You;ll be all set up for success if you have:

  • Knowledge and implementation of all security and legal requirements and agreements both military and Aramark
  • Required to undertake security clearance to SC level
  • Conduct regular assurance checks relating to this service
  • Ensure that the tariff of charges is up to date in line with JSP guidelines
  • Manage compliance to Aramark business code of conduct policy
  • Manage personal employment data through My Work Life ensuring personal details are up to date and all training is completed in a timely manner as required
  • Administrative related qualification desirable
  • Excellent numeracy skills; strong written and verbal skills
  • Previous client relation experience
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality administrative role is desirable
