In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering successful utility projects, meeting KPIs, and ensuring client satisfaction. Your expertise in project management, financial awareness, and communication will drive our success. If you're ready to make an impact, apply now

Qualifications: Full Driving Licence, experience in the Insurance industry, knowledge of Water Restoration, account management experience, customer service experience, and willingness to work towards water damage qualifications.

Performance Metrics: Feedback from customer review meetings, Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires (CSQs), project profitability (margins), Site Audit results, and successful project delivery within client KPIs.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the National Utilities Manager and oversees Site-based Supervisors, Site-based Technicians, and Administrators.
