As a Barclays ETL Delivery Lead, you will be an integral part of Corporate Data Service team that provides a centre of excellence for data and integration services across corporate banking Technology.

What will

you be doing?:

  • Managing and supporting multiple deliveries at a project and programme level simultaneously
  • Leading a team of designers/developers working on one or multiple projects and taking overall accountability for the work of the team in terms of quality and timeliness of delivery
  • Providing approval and oversight to requirement documents as entry criteria to detailed design and development
  • Owning of project delivery from an engineering perspective and establishing clear roles and responsibilities of the team
  • Participating in Roadmap planning, Backlog creation and Prioritization with Product Owners and Stakeholders.
  • Handling and understanding risks and issues in a timely manner in adherence to relevant standards

  • Proven project management skills, demonstrating an ability to deliver to time, cost, and quality
  • Sound stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid leadership and communication skills
  • Experience communicating technical projects to nontechnical stakeholders
