Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Programme Delivery Team at KBR, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and meeting client expectations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including engineers, project controls, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a construction or infrastructure delivery environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel to project sites and client locations as required.

Security Requirements:

The successful candidate must have, or be eligible for, SC clearance.

Location:

This position is hybrid with time spent in the office and onsite for up to 3 days per week. Your own transport is essential.
