The role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist with restaurant experience.

Our Reception team introduce the guest to our stunning restaurant and ensure the guest experience is wonderful from start to finish.


Main Duties:

  • Being the first point of contact for our guests, providing both a warm welcome and a fond farewell
  • Managing the reservations grid on SevenRooms booking platform & ensuring guests requests are accommodated
  • Being fully aware of the restaurant's all promotional offers, cancellation charge policy, operational hours etc. at all times
  • Building a rapport with all guests
  • Updating menus for restaurant & private dining parties
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area
  • Manage seats on the floor to maximise covers and ensure a good flow
  • Ability to work both as a team and individually
  • Adapting a handson approach and assisting the waiting team with food serving, order taking, relaying duties etc. as much as the reception/reservation duties allow
  • Flexibility in working hours and days
