As part of this, we're looking for a talented Website Executive to join the AXA Commercial broker marketing team.


Within this role, you'll work with the wider marketing team to manage the maintenance, development, delivery and promotion of the AXA Commercial and AXA Retail insurance broker website and sales & marketing SharePoint area, working closely with the business and key stakeholders to develop and implement a strategy which is aligned with the overall Sales and Marketing's strategy, plans and targets.


At AXA we're adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.

We're looking for this role to be associated with our London, Glasgow, Bolton or Manchester offices, so it would suit someone in those areas who is able to travel to the London office, when required, for collaborative working.


What you'll be doing:

  • Manage, develop, maintain and promote the AXA Commercial and AXA Retail broker website and the sales & marketing area on SharePoint.
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure that the website and sales & marketing SharePoint area showcases AXA's propositions in a clear, concise way.
  • Work in collaborative manner with marketing and broker development teams across business areas to ensure activities support the wider sales and marketing plans and deliver maximum benefit.
  • Develop partnership consultancybased relationships with external suppliers and internal business stakeholders to shape activities on the broker website and the sales & marketing SharePoint area, and keep them informed on progress and outcome.
  • Contribute to a contentled approach, ensuring content, including video and animation, is presented in an engaging way and uptodate. Develop through introduction of additional valueadd tools.
  • Maximise engagement, user experience and business benefit whilst proactively managing the development pipeline, and broker website availability, performance and capability issues.
  • Maintain bug and small change requests and prioritise resolutions in line with overall roadmap priorities working with business stakeholders and SBU managed processes. Work closely with technical services to support code delivery and testing requirements and liaise with business stakeholders to achieve full signoff in line with defined processes.
  • Contribute to the development and reporting of activity and effectiveness measures and monitoring for broker website and sales & marketing SharePoint area. Analyse data and make recommendations on development of the strategy and tactical activity.
  • Work with Brand, Compliance and the respective business stakeholder(s) to ensure all necessary standards and restrictions are adhered to, including DPA, GDPR, accessibility.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in website management, ideally within a B2B or complex B2C environment.
  • Proven experience and ability to code in basic HTML
  • Advanced experience of Optimizely Content Management System or similar.
  • Hands on experience with Google Analytics or similar.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and project management skills with high level of customer focus
  • Wide knowledge of digital platforms and web development to improve customer experience and meet commercial targets
  • Educated to a degree level or equivalent.


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
