About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital and Website Specialist to join our team at Brookfield Asset Management. As a key member of our Events team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing Brookfield's virtual events, including AGMs, Fund Launches, webinars/webcasts, and streaming components of hybrid events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Virtual Event Planning: Plan, organize, and execute Brookfield's virtual events, ensuring seamless execution of live and on-demand content.
- Technical Management: Manage virtual event platforms, coordinate, and oversee all technical aspects of virtual events, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
- Investor Experience: Create and oversee investors' digital events user experience, including invitations, landing pages, registrations, confirmations, distribution, and follow-up using digital tools such as Cvent, virtual and video event platforms.
- Production Logistics: Research venues, film, virtual platform set up, live broadcasts, replays, and ensure compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
- Analytics and Feedback: Utilize analytics and feedback to measure the success of digital events and identify areas for improvement, communicating and reporting findings.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing teams to create compelling event themes/content and digital collateral (emails, websites).
- Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in virtual event management.
About You:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with expertise in virtual platforms (Webex, GlobalMeet, Zoom), Cvent, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). You should have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively at all levels within the organization. A Bachelor's degree is required, and 4-6 years of professional experience in event planning or a related field is preferred.
