We are excited to be recruiting Review Specialists to work within a warm and friendly team

The Review Specialists are responsible for making contact with existing customers who have a debt solution with us.

They engage with our customers to complete annual reviews and to identify if their existing debt solution or plan is still the correct solution for them.

They assist people who may be in financial difficulty and vulnerable situations, and so must be able to empathise and provide support to them.


The Review Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Engaging with customers on a daily basis to ensure that they are getting the best possible service.
  • Running through a fact find and income and expenditure with customers, to assess their current situation, to ascertain if their existing debt solution is still suitable.
  • Going the extra mile to provide advice to each customer that is tailored towards their individual circumstances.
  • Ensuring above all that you consistently deliver good customer outcomes and a personal high quality service.


We are looking for people for the long term, who are genuinely interested in building a career within a large and established financial services organisation.


Successful Review specialists can expect the following:

  • Initial basic salary of £27,000.
  • A full and comprehensive training programme.
