Group Scheme administration, which will involve the reviews for the GPP (Group Pension Plans) and providing quotes for the group risk renewals.
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Answering incoming telephone calls and taking messages where appropriate - Filing and keeping the front office and meeting rooms presentable and tidy - Opening, recording and distributing incoming post, franking and posting

outgoing mail
- Arranging appointments for Advisers
- Uploading client data to the back-office system, this will mainly be from

statements & fact finds
- Monitoring and ordering stationery as required
- Ad hoc duties as and when required
- Maintain IRQ’s (Investment Risk Questionnaires) within the system, by

inputting the answers to the system or chasing the clients answers to the
- Matching commission payments in the back-office system - Adhere to the FCA’s Conduct Rules

Review Manager

- Working hours 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. (At Christmas the office shuts down for a

week, but you only have to use 2 of your holidays to have the whole week off) - Bonus Scheme

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £22,000.00 per year
