We are currently looking for a competent, enthusiastic and versatile Internal Sales/Stores person to join our team

The Role

  • Data entry including sales orders, purchase orders & quotations
  • Handling warm/cold inbound & outbound phone calls
  • Serving & assisting customers at our busy trade counter
  • Purchasing & managing stock levels
  • Processing and following up quotations
  • Dealing & serving customers who visit the branch
  • Assisting with general enquiries
  • CRM management
  • Pick & pack order
  • Dispatch & Invoicing
  • Previous sales experience in the industrial sector, or tools / equipment beneficial
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent ability to work as part of a team
  • Proven results tendering and winning business ideally in the construction or civil sector
  • Forklift licence a benefit
  • Driving licence a benefit
