Join our Care team as an Activities Coordinator
Baycroft, Orpington, is a beautifully designed 60-bed care home with a relaxed and calm atmosphere.

The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position Activities Coordinator

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Involvement with all residents to plan/create activities to suit everyone's needs.
  • Providing entertainment ideas and action these.
  • Being able to drive a minibus or train to drive the minibus / company car also available.
  • Organising family days / coffee mornings / fetes.
  • Developing links with play groups / local schools / community groups.

What you need to succeed

  • Have previous experience developing engaging and creative activity plans
  • Ideally have previous experience working in an adult care setting
  • Have a NVQ in Health and Social Care (Desirable)

Salary: £11.95 p/h - 20 Hours Per Week
