Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Manager or Technical Manager to join our team at Premises Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing design management throughout the construction stage, from pre-construction activities to project closeout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with construction and commercial teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identify and address potential issues during pre-construction activities
  • Oversee design management for multiple live projects concurrently
  • Report to the Construction Director and indirectly to the Managing Director

Requirements

  • Proven experience in residential new build, particularly with RC frame construction
  • Knowledge of airspace schemes/adding new floors to existing buildings is advantageous
  • Architectural or Design background and contractor side experience in design coordination/design management
