ROLE SUMMARY:

This role will be focused on the administration, customer service and sales support of Inspired International B2B sales activity.

It is expected that the post holder will work and communicate directly with partners and agencies throughout the sales process answering questions about our provision as they arise, and they will be directly responsible for the management of all student enrolments/removals/replacements. As such it is a pro-active role that should be focused on ensuring that our clients receive best value from their commissioned provision to maximize client retention and renewals and associated revenues.

The role incorporates ongoing updates to the company CRM system to inform sales reporting and forecasting. Client commercial objections and issues shall be reported to the International Business Partnership Manager(s) who shall retain responsibility for the management of the same to a successful conclusion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will:


• Be part of a team to support KIH client/students

• Work closely with our clients and be able to build strong relationships

• Record inbound sales enquiries within CRM, and distribution to appropriate member of the team

• Monitor inbound sales enquiries within CRM, identify B2C leads and channel to B2C team

• Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure client requirements are captured and implemented

• Support student renewals processes within the system

• Manage and implement timetable changes and similar customer service enquiries through to successful conclusion

• Manage student enrolment processes within ISAMs

• Support account/partnership management activity and associated reporting

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Qualifications and Education Requirements
The candidate will be qualified up to A Level, BTEC or NVQ Level 3/4. Specific administration qualifications would be an advantage.

Excellent IT skills Excellent written and communication skills Ability to work well in teams and individually Capability to work effectively in dynamic and changing environments Experience of previous administration roles would be an advantage Knowledge of the education sector would be an advantage Proven experience in a customer support role Ability to build effective client relationships
