The role:

What you will be doing:

Completing approval documentation and sending for approval.

Onboarding for new hires.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information in line with legislation, attendance, and performance evaluations.

Manage HR databases and filing systems, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Engage with employees and promote benefits packages as well as health and wellbeing initiatives.

Keep HR communication board update for all employees.

Coordinate mandatory training across the site in line with our Group policies, using company intranet.

Taking notes from confidential meetings and distributing to managers

Essential
3 years' experience within a similar position
