We are looking for a Managed Services Co-ordinator to join our head office in Hayle on a full-time basis. You will be required to work five days per week between Monday and Saturday on a rota basis.

Duties will include:

  • Establishing cleaning requirements and costs for all new managed properties, visiting if necessary.
  • Ensuring all managed properties have a designated housekeeper prior to bookings.
  • Being the point of contact for owners regarding managed services.
  • Maintaining a contact directory for all managed properties.
  • Finding and recruiting new contractors and housekeepers across the portfolio.
  • Maintaining detailed, accurate records of housekeeping, maintenance, and contractor work.
  • Liaising with housekeepers to ensure quality standards are maintained for guests and owners.
  • Liaising with laundry suppliers and waste collection services on weekly requirements.
  • Collaborating with owners and housekeepers to ensure a Cottage Information Folder is present, complete, and up to date at each managed property.
  • Collaborating with Area Managers and housekeepers on the collection and delivery of damaged or missing items and investigating all cleaning and damage complaints made by housekeepers or guests of managed properties.
  • Liaising with the customer services team when poor feedback is received, or concerns are raised about managed properties.
  • Collating and checking housekeeping invoices before sharing with accounts for processing.
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a property management or customer services related role
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident with problem solving and resolving issues
  • Willingness to support and collaborate with other key teams
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport available
