Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Quality Control: Prepare delicious food to the highest standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all our locations.

  • Operations Oversight: Oversee the catering operations, including monitoring budgets, completing weekly business returns, and implementing action plans to drive business growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate regularly with your line manager to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Brand Representation: Represent One Retail and maintain a positive brand image, upholding our values and standards.
  • Training and Development: Support and train our teams, leading by example to ensure everyone can excel in their role.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
Requirements
  • Previous Management Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for Food and Customer Service: A passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, with a commitment to delivering outstanding experiences.
  • Financial Acumen: Brilliant financial acumen, with the ability to monitor budgets and make informed decisions.
