We are constantly on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and hard-working individuals to join our team. As an Early Years Apprentice, you will undergo training to become a Level 3 Early Years Educator. Your role will involve supporting the objectives of The Old Station Nursery and collaborating with the nursery staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the daily routine, including organizing activities and meals.
- Develop an understanding of childcare and child development.
- Build positive relationships with the children.
- Ensure a high-quality environment that caters to individual children's needs.
- Adhere to Equal Opportunities and Child Protection Policies.
- Attend meetings and training sessions.
- Observe and report on children's progress.
- Learn the value of play-based learning.
- Understand how activities support children's development.
- Take responsibility for health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Skills Required: Pretend play skills, ability to engage with children, and a fun-loving attitude.

Training: Full training provided by The Old Station Nursery Group, including on-the-job and off-the-job learning.
