As an Early Years Apprentice, you will undergo training to become a Level 3 Early Years Educator. Your role will involve supporting the objectives of The Old Station Nursery and collaborating with the nursery staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the daily routine, including organizing activities and meals.
  • Develop an understanding of childcare and child development.
  • Build positive relationships with the children.
  • Ensure a high-quality environment that caters to individual children's needs.
  • Adhere to Equal Opportunities and Child Protection Policies.
  • Attend meetings and training sessions.
  • Observe and report on children's progress.
  • Learn the value of play-based learning.
  • Understand how activities support children's development.
  • Take responsibility for health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Skills Required: Pretend play skills, ability to engage with children, and a fun-loving attitude.

Qualifications: GCSE level education (preferred) and experience with children.

Training: Full training provided by The Old Station Nursery Group, including on-the-job and off-the-job learning.
