About the Role:

Bloor Homes - Construction is seeking an experienced Carpentry professional to fill the position of Apprentice Master. This vital role is crucial in the development and support of our Carpentry Apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and provide vital support to our Carpentry Apprentices, ensuring they gain the necessary qualifications and skills.
  • Provide coaching, learning, and development to the Apprentices to assist them in completing their Advanced Apprenticeship Programme.
  • Offer ongoing feedback on the Apprentices' performance to the Site Management Team.
  • Manage the team of Apprentices, ensuring they are supervised at all times while producing a quality product.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety Policy and Young Persons Risk Assessment at all times.
  • Attend meetings necessary for the performance of duties.
  • Comply with and uphold company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all health and safety aspects of Covid-19 are followed.

Requirements:

  • Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Carpentry.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Demonstrate the level of Carpentry knowledge required.
