So where does our Quality Services team fit in?
This role requires you to be a motivated and self-driven person.

Playing a crucial part in our learner's experience by providing information, advice and guidance, and supporting our apprenticeship learners at the start of their programme of study.

You will engage with learners prior to them joining our programme and provide them with high-quality guidance about the training they will undertake.

You will be responsible for supporting them through our online onboarding process, making sure their first interaction with their training is engaging and useful.

This role is crucial to making sure learners and employers receive a high-quality service.

DUTIES

  • Contact learners prior to their onboarding to make sure they have a clear understanding of their programme and the requirements
  • Arrange and carryout highquality onboarding sessions for individuals and/or groups of learners
  • Collate all necessary information required from learners and employers to meet the requirements of the training programme
  • Ensure learners are effectively trained to use of our online systems to make sure they can successfully complete their studies
  • Provide support to apprentices and employers and liaise with other departments when necessary to resolve any queries they have
  • Answering both internal and external calls
  • Work closely with our MIS and Delivery teams
  • To ensure compliance with Learning Curve's Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety and all other relevant policies, procedures and legislation
  • To ensure compliance with the Safeguarding of Vulnerable Children and Adults policy
  • Completion and issuing of daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Conduct your role in line with the behaviour aligned with our company values
  • Comply with and follow all processes within The Safeguarding Policy, ensuring safely of all learners is paramount
  • Comply and follow all processes within the Health and Safety Policy
  • Comply and follow all processes within the IT Policy and, Data Protection and Information Security Policy
  • Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company
  • Ensure the maintenance of confidentially and professionalism at all time
  • Provide learners, customers and colleagues with support, advice guidance as part of your everyday role

  • Grade A
  • C (94) in Maths & English or equivalent
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good team player
  • Proactive
  • Enthusiastic
  • Organised
  • Ability to work confidently with a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Confident with communication, through both remote and face to face meetings, and via telephone
