- 3 paid shadowing shifts working with an experienced Support Worker or Team Leader.

We are looking for people who are flexible, reliable, adaptable & able to read situations to help our Children & young adults make positive choices.
We have 2 adult supported living homes & 1 children's home based in Peterborough.- Meeting the needs of the Children and Young adults inline with OFSTED & CQC regulations
- Organising and facilitating Social Activities like going to the beach, cinema or a board games.
- Maintaining the home (laundry, cleaning shopping etc.)
- Attending & participating in team meetings
- Qualifications/Experience/Requirements_
- We are looking for people who have life skills, having experience with children or health and social care qualifications would benefit but this NOT essential for us as full training and support will be provided

Requirements for an Enhanced DBS and reference checking will be undertaken in line with government regulations and safer recruitment best practice.
