We have an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial Trailer Rental division as a Fleet Administrator, this pivotal role ensure that our Trailers are ready to be collected by our customers on time and that they have a great experience of Zenith.

The role will be based out of our Sherburn and Elmet Site.

The role:

  • Ensure that our trailers are ready to be collected by our customers.
  • Keep our records up to date and rental agreements processed and archived.
  • Keep in touch with our inhouse maintenance provider and thirdparty maintenance providers to get trailers ready to roll.
  • Ensure a high level of health and safety is always maintained.
  • Carry out visual inspections of trailers when they are returned from hire and record any damages found.
  • Keep the yard tidy by making sure customers park trailers up correctly.

You will have done a great job if:

  • Our customers can collect their trailers on time without issues.
  • Our trailers go on hire without a hitch.
  • Our health and safety audits are completed on time.
  • We correctly identify and recharge damages on trailers.

What you will bring with you:

  • Strong communication skills, able to work effectively on the telephone.
  • Ability to use different systems, feels comfortable and confident finding their way around a bespoke system.
  • Strong customer service ethic will ensure I am easy to do business with and have the customer at the heart of all that we do.
  • Strong communication skills to allow me to engage with my internal stakeholders.
  • Problem solving to enable agility when dealing with ambiguity, challenges and issues.
  • Organised and consistent, to enable our customers to understand next steps and to be able to prioritise and manage my time.
  • Calm and resilient to be able to deal with the pressures of high volumes and volatile situations.
  • Authentic and Engaging to create an environment of trust and empathy both in the team and with our customers.
