We have an exciting opportunity become available for a Fines Administration Team Leader to work in our busy Finance team leading a team of Fines Administrators.


Your Role

  • Lead a team of administrators in the timely processing of all penalty notices received
  • Provide first call support for the team members including one to ones, PDP development support, team meetings and general welfare and coaching
  • Support and monitor the daytoday interaction between the fines team and the customer service and account management teams of the Car and van Corporate, Retail PCH, White label
  • Manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders and specifically to ensure clear and open communication at all levels
  • Other ad hoc tasks which may be required to cover for sickness or holidays in other areas of the business

Skills & Experience

  • Proven effective people management skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a professional communication style
  • Ability to identify issues promptly and action effectively
  • Strong IT capabilities including good excel knowledge (lookups, pivot tables, formulae etc.)
  • Adaptable to change to working environment, work priorities and business needs
  • Knowledge of vehicle leasing or financial services would be extremely desirable
