Community Mental Health Nurse Band - South Staffordshire

Your new roleHays Healthcare are excited to be working with and recruiting for the Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust and their Community Mental Health Teams.

MPFT are an award winning organisation with over 9000 employees across services in North & South Staffordshire, Shropshire, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Essex, and are one of the largest integrated Health and Social Care providers.

This is a great opportunity for Registered Mental Health Nurses who are looking to balance their work and home life balance as the role is fully flexible between the hours Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm as you will be managing your own Caseload.

You will be responsible for undertaking Clinical Assessments, to establish the patients needs, goals, risks and strengths in order to generate a formulation based care plan agreed with all involved.

  • Experienced RMN
  • Valid NMC Pin
  • UK Drivers Licence
  • Own Transport
  • Community Experience
