We are seeking a highly accomplished Director of Sales (DOS) with a proven track record in sales leadership, revenue generation, and operational excellence within the UK advertising marketplace.

In this role, you will lead our Ad Sales efforts for some of the UK's and EMEA's largest advertisers, primarily based in London.

We are looking for someone who not only possesses a strong understanding of the UK ad market, creative agencies, clients, and media agencies but also has the ability to create innovative, consultative solutions that drive long-term success.

Join Spotify's Sales team and be part of shaping the future of music and podcast experiences while driving revenue growth in the dynamic EMEA advertising landscape.

In collaboration with the Head of Northern Europe, you will help define the sales strategy and drive execution for some of the world's top brands and agencies
Provide leadership for the dynamic, diverse, and hardworking sales team
Hire, manage & develop the evolving Ad sales team
Drive partnership performance, engage with key partners and deliver excellent customer service
Represent Spotify in the EMEA advertising community by seeking out and participating at industry events
Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity using Salesforce.
You have 10+ years of digital advertising/marketing sales experience, and 7+ years of management
You are an experienced sales leader, consultative seller and have a proven track record of success across the EMEA international ad market
You have a deep understanding of the marketing landscape and expertise in account planning, trading, strategic planning, and media buying within Direct, Programmatic and Self-Serve environments
You have experience running a team where Data/Insights drive the direction of the business
You have strong EMEA partner, agency and brand direct relationships
This role will be based out of the London office.
