Sales Manager Role at Sphere Digital Recruitment

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Sphere Digital Recruitment. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing revenue streams across our clients' digital, programmatic, and branded content offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Group Sales Director to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency groups and clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital media sales.
  • Strong agency and client contacts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
