At Babcock we're working to create a safe and secure world, together, and if you join us, you can play your part as a Logistics Operative at our Oakhanger Site.


The role
Day to day, you'll provide Logistics Support and undertake Logistics activities to a high level in all Skynet Logistics areas, as well as:

  • Provide Logistics Support to meet MoD Operational Requirements.
  • Carry out Inventory Management through the maintenance of accurate records of equipment storage and movement.
  • The forwarding of stores to other locations, customers, and repair agents.
  • Provide support at other sites during periods of absence and criticality.
This role is full time and based onsite at Oakhanger.

Essential experience of the Logistics Operative:

  • Full Clean Driving Licence.
  • IT literate, knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, Access.
  • Warehousing or Stores Environment Experience.
  • Forklift Trained.

Qualifications for the Logistics Operative:

  • GCSE Qualifications in Maths and English
