Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Logistics Operations Manager to lead our warehouse operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the warehouse team, including hiring, training, and developing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Develop and implement warehouse operations strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and tracking inventory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and sales, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in logistics and warehouse management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
