Our client is a leading tier 1 manufacturer within the automotive sector (and others) supplying to customers globally.
Due to incoming company projects and growth they are now in the need for a permanent Senior Quality Engineer to join the team.
5 years professional experience in a Quality Engineer position~ Use of SAP Quality Management
~ Plan and coordinate quality activities in conjunction with the Quality Manager to ensure all components; Provide quality planning and training as necessary to support the successful launch of new parts, processes,
Investigate and resolve Customer Complaints and Warranty claims and assess their causes to close out.
Liaise with suppliers and internal operations to effectively resolve all issues, promote quality, productivity improvements and cost reduction.
Using Quality Tools for the Analysis of defects in materials and products and recommends corrective measures to maintain quality standards.
Maintains and continually improves the quality of the product, monitor & report quality KPI's.Drives corrective and preventative actions including process and product design improvements for procedural, product or product deficiencies through the analysis of data.
Attend daily SQDIP meetings, investigate, resolve & report shop floor quality issues25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays (Option to purchase 5 days after probation period)
