Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for supplier quality and compliance, ensuring alignment with our company's quality management system and regulatory requirements.
- Supplier Audit and Compliance: Oversee the development and implementation of a robust supplier audit program, ensuring that all suppliers are audited and managed in accordance with our quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of quality and compliance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier quality and compliance, ensuring that our company's reputation and business operations are protected.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality, regulatory, and procurement, to ensure effective communication and alignment on supplier quality and compliance matters.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as chemistry, pharmacy, or biological sciences.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a quality or compliance role, with a strong background in supplier quality and compliance.
- Skills: Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies and processes. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certifications: GSK Certified Auditor or equivalent certification, such as Regulatory Affairs Professional Society Certification (RAC) or ASQ (Quality Auditor Certification).
