  • Conducting thorough candidate searches using various platforms and methods
  • Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing tailored solutions
  • Screening and assessing candidate applications to identify the most suitable individuals
  • Conducting interviews, reference checks, and background checks
  • Matching candidates with suitable job opportunities
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practises to effectively advise clients and candidates

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service
  • Desire to be successful whilst enjoying an excellent work/life balance
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driving licenceDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry Experience in business development and client relationship management
  • Familiarity with using social media platforms for recruitment purposes

Technologies:
Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and databases
