Job Description:


As a Regional Director for Sales and Partner Success, you will be in an influential leadership position requiring you to galvanize teams within the respective region and across ATPCO in the effective delivery of our strategy and business plan.

You will be instrumental in working within the region to transform ATPCO's industry role in enabling the next generation of airline pricing and retailing.

ATPCO is the driving force enabling modern retailing for the airline industry.

From creating an airline offer, to distributing, presenting, and ultimately servicing and settling an airline order, ATPCO sits at the center of delivering innovation, collaboration, and scalability to help the industry achieve its goals.

ATPCO continues to serve as the industry's primary source for airline pricing and merchandising data.

You Will:

  • Focus on effective regional account management (Engage)
  • Develop and execute comprehensive and innovative partner development plans to exceed partner and ATPCO objectives
  • Develop effective client relationships leading to enhanced commercial agreements
  • Position ATPCO as a strategic business partner, delivering high quality strategic solutions
  • Demonstrate a mastery of industry challenges and external commercial landscape
  • Coordinate and execute client onboarding, content acquisition, and customer success engagement, delivering high client satisfaction scores
  • Orchestrate and facilitate quarterly business reviews with key partners
  • Navigate an increasingly complex, competitive, and often ambiguous industry ecosystem
  • Deliver high quality advice and solutions in complex environments
  • Balance focus on new business wins with retention and growth of current portfolio
  • Set, review, and maintain the highest levels of excellence across each of the core areas of accountability
  • Assess regional market readiness for selling new products
  • Postdeal execution, maintain relationships with partners to ensure fulfillment and compliance
  • Be proficient in selling all ATPCO Pricing and Merchandising solutions
  • Establish an effective matrix organization function in region (Support)

  • Drive rigorous, factbased recommendations while supporting priorities with stakeholders
  • Support delivery of new strategic initiatives and identify and champion improvements
  • Embed industry knowledge, market awareness, tools, and processes consistently across the region that will drive the highest quality execution
  • Work effectively in a matrix organization and influence people not directly under Regional Director's control
  • Contribute to the Sales Leadership Team in the creation of the business unit strategies and plans
