As the Senior Director of European Region, you will be responsible for building organizational capacity, fostering sales and operational excellence, and empowering teams to drive performance and accountability.

Requirements

  • Progressive responsibility for sales and operational management in a multi-faceted business
  • Demonstrable track record of success in the region
  • Knowledge of commercializing a product and designing go-to-market strategies
  • Technically proficient in the Security Product industry
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across business areas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Recent experience of working at a leadership level in the European region
  • Extensive experience leading a team of senior managers or 2nd tier leadership experience
  • Commercially astute with knowledge of contractual agreements within a sales environment
