Administrator to join us on a permanent full-time basis.

  • Possess a confident and professional manner with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to handle telephone calls proficiently communicating at all levels.
  • Enjoy using your own initiative to solve logístical / contractual problems.
  • Be selfmotivated, flexible and an effective team player.
  • Demonstrate a competent level of commercial understanding.
  • Good working knowledge of using Word and Excel.

The role - Key responsibilities

  • Delivering a firstclass service to suppliers and customers.
  • Enter a high volume of data accurately and efficiently.
  • Review inhouse reports and actively chase information to ensure payments are made and received within contractual terms.
  • Resolve both internal and external queries within 72 hours of receipt.
  • Welcome and greet all visitors onto site ensuring all health and safety/signing in and out procedures are adhered to.
  • Answer all incoming calls and direct through to the correct recipient in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and prepare rooms for meetings including organising the catering and refreshments from external catering companies.
  • General duties as part of the Berwick Administration Team, including ordering stationery and office supplies.
