Position Overview

We are seeking a Grain Logistics Supervisor to become a vital part of the Frontier Agriculture Limited team. This role is designed for a permanent full-time position, with the possibility of hybrid working arrangements, allowing for a blend of office and remote work.

In this position, you will collaborate with and guide the existing Grain Logistics team, overseeing the transportation of bulk agricultural products to designated locations.

Our Logistics Supervisors play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that the delivery and collection of goods align with customer specifications and timelines. This position requires effective collaboration with key internal partners, external clients, and our transportation network. Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and superior organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.

Your Responsibilities

As a Grain Logistics Supervisor, your duties will include:

  • Coordinating the collection and delivery of bulk agricultural products within customer-specified timelines
  • Communicating delivery confirmations to clients
  • Collaborating closely with the national fleet team to enhance logistical efficiencies
  • Addressing logistical challenges with peers, suppliers, and customers
  • Engaging with haulage contractors
  • Providing support to the existing Logistics Team as needed
