At first we are looking for Head of Sales to support across the company's strategy. First Recruitment Group is made up of four well-established business streams; _First Technical, Talascend, MyPay+_ and _Operam. _
As Head of Client Development, you will drive our client base, grow and maintain our global footprint and service provision.
You will have full development of the current clients and new clients, targeting development opportunities and leading by example with our company values.
You will be expected to generate and expand client relationships with agreed financial targets to support future business.Who will I report into?
Our Group Client Service Director on developments and prospects, working collaboratively and demonstrating our core values; Collaboration, Passion, Open, Honest, Reliable and Adaptable.
What experience we look for;
- Proven track record of increasing new vacancies and gross margin across group client accounts month on month / quarter on quarter against agreed company targets.
- Lead and actively input to the tender management process for existing and potential clients.
- Provide accurate monthly business forecasts on the business client accounts and new business opportunities; from both financial and relationship perspectives.
- Utilise cross divisional relationships & communication to develop cross selling opportunities for the wider business.
- You will be a key influencer and role model across the business, driving positive behaviour and maintaining a harmonious working environment.
- Keeping up with relevant industry advancements and proactively share this knowledge with internal teams and clients as appropriate.
- Ability to generate creative and practical ideas to benefit the business, whilst contributing to the coaching / mentoring of others within the team / business.
- Plan ahead with clear milestones and goals and is able to respond to changes, whilst confident in delivering presentations.
