This is a national role, with travel around the UK and a head office in Cannock, Staffordshire.


Its an exciting time to join us and this role will involve managing a portfolio of healthcare accounts and supporting the healthcare strategic account manager and sector manager in delivering the sector objectives.

What will you be doing?
The purpose of this role is to support the Strategic Account Manager to deliver contractual objectives

To achieve this you will;

  • To secure / deliver / drive / realise efficiencies and project delivery for our heath care sector stakeholders.
  • Acquire and use contract performance data to provide the insight that drives further opportunities and areas of focus.
  • Building, developing and delivering on KPIs / SLAs to drive a continuous improvement agenda.

What are we looking for?

  • You will have previous experience operating within crossfunctional teams.
  • You will have the ability to selforganise, work autonomously and prioritise workload with regular support from line manager, having excellent time management skills and being well organised
  • The ability to meet targets and deadlines and to manage a high volume of lowlevel queries at one time will also be required
  • You will also have a high level of influencing and negotiation skills, with an innovative, solution focused approach and good levels of commercial acumen.
  • An understanding of the waste management industry would be advantageous, as would understanding sustainability and an interest in global resource management
