A Day in the Life

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring exceptional service delivery that meets the needs of both property buyers and sellers. Your primary duties include managing and motivating a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets, developing business strategies to enhance market presence, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with managing budgets, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. Additionally, you will handle high-level negotiations and foster relationships with key clients. Your leadership will be crucial in setting the tone and culture of the office, promoting a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Duties
  • Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base and enhance market presence.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Conduct property valuations and actively prospect potential vendors to grow the agency's property portfolio and market presence.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the branch.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee property listings, marketing activities, and negotiations for successful transactions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to guide decision-making.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all real estate activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the team
Skills & Attributes
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Senior Valuer or Manager within Real Estate.
  • Full and Clean UK Driving License.
  • Skilled in conducting property valuations.
  • Demonstrates exceptional sales acumen.
  • Strong customer service aptitude.
  • Professional phone etiquette and a positive demeanor.
  • Well presented ambitious and self-motivated.
Hours of Work
  • Monday to Friday
  • Either from 9:00am - 5:30pm OR 9:30am - 6:00pm.
